Shipping and delivery

What is your shipping policy?

Most standard orders ship from our Brooklyn Center, Minnesota warehouse within 48 business hours. Smaller items ship FedEx Ground. Larger items (panel movers, hanging chair storage trucks, platform trucks, desk lifts) ship LTL Freight. Raymond Products does not ship UPS.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most standard orders ship within 48 business hours of receipt. Large or custom orders may require additional processing time. Custom builds typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks of approval.

Which carriers do you use?

FedEx Ground for smaller parcel-eligible items. LTL Freight for larger items that require freight handling. You can request a specific freight carrier when placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns and warranties

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply. Custom or modified products are non-returnable.
